What you’ll do:

• Talk with property owners about their telecom leases and help them understand the value of their contracts
• Negotiate agreements and guide deals from first contact to closing
• Build relationships with landlords, investors, and internal teams
• Develop your own region and portfolio, spotting opportunities and driving growth

• Have experience in KPI driven, client-facing roles such as consulting, business development, or advisory
• Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM systems
• Have some familiarity with legal, financial, or investment processes (a plus but not essential)
• Have knowledge or understanding of the ECC 2017 (not essential)
